Located in the Monte Sacro Alto neighborhood, the complex completes an integrated urban plan for an entire quadrant with a residential vocation and overlooking the Talenti public park.
The complex stands out for its contemporary design, featuring fluid lines
and natural tones that blend snamlessly with the surrounding Iandscape.
Comprising two nine-story buildings, the project also includes three
underground levels designated for private and commercial parking. The
buildings are arranged around a spacious central courtyard, providing
privileged views of Parco Talenti, one of the city’s largest green areas,
spanning 44 hectares.
