People

The office is composed by architects, engineers, urban planners and interior designers, organized into compact, creative and highly motivated groups. Each of them is supervised by a project manager who combines product quality and punctual delivery.
The teams do not differ by type of building or geographical location but work on a wide range of projects at different scales. This diversity represents an added value for creativity, innovation, motivation and in general for the quality of the individual project.
The harmony within these groups also guarantees the customization of the project and close contact with the client, from the first meeting to the delivery of the final project.
The partners, Vittorio Grassi and Marco Aloisini, oversee their project activities and strategies and assign responsibilities to the various working groups according to shared ethical and professional values.
The studio currently also has four associates Ines Caro de Sousa, Raul Valvasori, Gabriele Borella and Luca Dainese, who are responsible for organizing the office and planning the production in every detail, in order to encourage a virtuous process of innovative design and project review.
