STARHOTELS WILL OPEN 150 NEW APARTMENTS IN FLORENCE WITH HINES AND BLUE NOBLE
Hines and Blue Noble, investment managers of the international real estate scene, investors in the “Future Living” fund, managed by Savills Investment Management SGR SpA, confirm the finalization of the management agreement with Starhotels for the management of a part of the Corso Italia asset , in the heart of Florence.
The agreement with Starhotels, a leader in the Italian hospitality market, provides for the management of three of the seven properties that housed the Teatro del Maggio Fiorentino in Corso Italia in Florence. In detail, Il Teatro Luxury Apartments – Starhotels Collezione, the new high-end residential rental proposal will include over 150 apartments of different types and sizes, and will be aimed above all at customers looking for unique housing solutions to live an authentic Florentine experience. short to medium term.
The redevelopment project of the former Municipal theater, which also includes a component of apartments for sale, has as its primary objective not only to enhance the property, a symbol of Florentine history, but also the surrounding area, where a new square that aims to become a destination of interest for the whole city.
The spaces, ready in 2024, are designed as a whole to improve the livability of the area also for residents by contemplating, among other things, the construction of over 170 reserved parking spaces, a concierge, a terrace with solarium, a gym and wellness center, areas dedicated to children, co-working and catering with services open to the whole community.
The agreement with Starhotels is part of a broader vision of the project, centered on a supply chain deeply rooted in the Italian territory. Hines, in fact, as development advisor, supported the phases of selection and choice of materials, of the construction companies and architects involved with a strong focus on Italianness, as a symbol of quality and guarantee. In line with the values of Hines and Starhotels, the operation will also be conducted in compliance with the highest international standards of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, with the aim of obtaining the LEED GOLD target.
Thanks to this collaboration, able to create value between the skills and know-how of the companies involved, the Corso Italia property will find a new relaunch in full respect of the cultural heritage of the place and with a look towards the future, to offer a innovative and functional product for the development of the city.

L’accordo con Starhotels, realtà leader nel mercato italiano dell’hospitality, prevede la gestione di tre dei sette immobili che ospitavano gli spazi del Teatro del Maggio Fiorentino in Corso Italia a Firenze. Nel dettaglio, Il Teatro Luxury Apartments ‐ Starhotels Collezione, la nuova proposta di residenziale di alta gamma in affitto comprenderà oltre 150 appartamenti di diversa tipologia e dimensioni, e sarà rivolta soprattutto a clienti alla ricerca di soluzioni abitative uniche per vivere un’esperienza fiorentina autentica di breve‐medio periodo.
Il progetto di riqualificazione dell’ex teatro Comunale, che prevede anche una componente di appartamenti in vendita, ha come obiettivo primario non solo quello di valorizzare l’immobile, luogo simbolo della storia fiorentina, ma anche l’area circostante, dove verrà sviluppata una nuova piazza che si propone di diventare destinazione d’interesse per tutta la città.

In linea con i valori di Hines e Starhotels, l’operazione verrà inoltre condotta nel rispetto dei più elevati standard internazionali di sostenibilità ambientale ed efficienza energetica, con l’obiettivo di ottenere il target LEED GOLD.
