A “VERY GOOD” BREEAM BUILDING
We have just completed the renovation of Biancamano 8, a historic office building in Milan. The property is managed by AXA Investment Managers on behalf of its clients and today is rented to Regus, a brand of IWG group.
The project, for which the studio was assisted by Tétris, a company of JLL Group, was carried out with a careful approach to sustainability, comfort and livability of spaces.
Thanks to the assistance of Technion srl and Deerns Italia, Biancamano 8 obtained the international BREEAM Official certification “Very Good”.
The architectural renovation involved the reorganization of all the floors so as the implementation of lighting and technological infrastructures, with new data, electrical and fire-fighting systems.
Abbiamo appena terminato la ristrutturazione di Biancamano 8, storico edificio per uffici a Milano. La proprietà è gestita da AXA Investment Managers per conto dei suoi clienti e oggi è affittata a Regus, un marchio del gruppo IWG.
Il progetto, per il quale lo studio è stato assistito da Tétris, società di JLL Group, è stato realizzato con un approccio attento alla sostenibilità, al comfort e alla vivibilità degli spazi.
Grazie all’assistenza di Deerns Italia, Biancamano 8 ha ottenuto la certificazione internazionale BREEAM “Very Good”.
Il rinnovamento architettonico ha comportato il riordino di tutti i piani così come la realizzazione delle infrastrutture illuminotecniche e tecnologiche, con nuovi impianti dati, elettrici e antincendio.
